Simple RETURNS!

• Log in to your account and select the products you want to return in the returns panel.
• Generate documents for return and print them. Remember to sign.
• Pack the goods with the return document and stick an address label on the parcel.
• Send the parcel.

We will refund your money within 14 days from the day we receive the returned products.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right to withdraw from the contract and does not limit it in any way.
